From a bedroom in Birmingham to $10 million in annual recurring revenue, the social media scheduling app Buffer has been powered by a fully distributed team. With 10+ time zones, no office, and no fixed schedules, teammates around the globe are often united only by Buffer's core values. This session will explore both the benefits and challenges of building work culture on a remote team, as well as the tools and strategies that help our distributed team stay connected.
